    Hilary has been on the mat since 2006 and has been teaching since 2007. She has over 1000 hours of training through various schools, both in the U.S. and in India. Hilary has a background in dance, theatre, and strength training. Her classes are fun, playful, and challenging. Hilary's main goal at Be Yoga is to elevate the students' overall experience while also fostering personal and professional development amongst her staff. She has two boys and three bonus daughters, loves nature, and food from around the globe. Hilary's motto is "Live outside the box."

    Jaxen got into yoga at the recommendation of his meditation teacher. He quickly found that not only did it benefit his practice, but also his mental health and relationship with his body. Jaxen loves to help others find self-acceptance, self-care, and a sense of calm through movement and meditation. When taking his classes, you can expect a mindfully sequenced, breath-centered practice that invites you to tune into what your body is asking for. When not at the studio Jaxen loves to learn, and is constantly studying new things. He also enjoys hiking, being near water, and hosting fun-themed (but very chill) parties.     Ange fell in love with yoga in 2018 at Be Yoga—a space that moved her body, calmed her mind, and filled her soul. After her first Be Strong class, she was hooked on the high-energy, dance-inspired format. Seeking more purpose, she left corporate life, completed two teacher trainings, and now teaches and manages the Renton studio. Teaching brings her joy, confidence, and deep fulfillment. Outside the studio, Ange loves spending time with her partner, their two chihuahuas, friends, and family. She’s often chasing good music, sipping lattes, traveling, or embracing her latest obsession—currently, cold plunging. Ange’s vibe: Energetic, Challenging, Uplifting.

    Emily’s yoga journey began in childhood, attending her mother’s classes. Her path led her to India to study Ashtanga Vinyasa, meditation, and philosophy. With a background in dance, she fell in love with the expressive movement of barre. Her classes blend strength, flexibility, and creative sequencing for a dynamic, breath-driven experience. A mom of two, Emily loves spending time with her family, traveling, and now leading retreats to share her passion with others. Her classes aim to empower, uplift, and connect. Emily’s vibe: Creative, Inspiring, Dynamic.

    After 15 years in corporate America and raising three kids, Ashley turned to yoga to reconnect with herself. It brought peace, freedom, and joy—and sparked a passion that grew through teacher training and community. Ashley’s classes are fun, challenging, and playful, with a focus on helping students feel seen, supported, and uplifted. Outside the studio, she’s a proud mom of three, often found at sporting events with her husband and their wild, lovable dog.     Jill came to yoga to support her active lifestyle of running, mountain biking, and weightlifting. Teaching is an honor, and she’s passionate about creating space for students to explore both physical and mental layers of the practice. Her classes offer thoughtful movement, breath, and exploration. Outside the studio, Jill enjoys practicing yoga, spending time with her husband, dog, daughter, and friends, and diving into good books—especially with her yoga book club.     Jeremy began practicing yoga when his girlfriend at the time suggested it might help his back. Not only did it help his body but he fell in love with the mental practice as well. Jeremy teaches to empower others and hopes to inspire them to better connect to their bodies and minds. Students can expect focused warm ups, creative flows, and nourishing cooldowns. Vanessa teaches with a deep appreciation for the body’s strength and the power of mindset.     Ayanna Olokunsu

    Ayanna took her first hot yoga class back in 2012 and was instantly inspired by the way so many people came together to do something so challenging. At the time, she rarely ever broke a sweat, so experiencing a class that left her dripping was both new and enticing. Ayanna teaches because she wants to share this practice with all types of people. She hopes her students feel deeply connected to their bodies and supported by the sense of community that blossoms in her classes. Students can expect to be gently led into deep, challenging work—soothed, supported, and encouraged every step of the way. When she’s not teaching, Ayanna loves connecting with her community, roller skating, reading, napping, and supporting new families through her work as a doula.     Sam found Yoga early on, but didn't dedicate to his practice until his early twenties. Coming back into it, he fell in love with connections Yoga would build with his body, mind and friends. Sam teaches to create a world of love and light. At the end of his class, students should take away a newfound understanding of themselves and the world around them. Sam’s classes feature strong sequences, powerful connection and levity. His classes are a space where you can be you, find what you need and grow. Outside of teaching, Sam enjoys rock climbing, golf, cooking, music, hiking and sightseeing. Sam’s vibe: Authentic, Powerful, Human.

    Erin Trivelas

    Erin was a ballet dancer for 15 years, and her first experience with yoga was during high school. In 2017, she completed her 200-hour Vinyasa teacher training at Expand Yoga and then completed the Hot 26 Teacher Training through Be Yoga in 2021. Erin loves to practice all styles and will always be a student of yoga first and teacher second. She believes that yoga provides the greatest reward both physically and mentally and she shares that message with as many people, as often as she can. Erin loves being a part of the Be Yoga family and can't wait to see you on the mat.

    Joshua made a promise to a group of friends he would give yoga a try. After decades of learning martial arts and a variety of sports yoga created a cornerstone that deepened the foundation of movement, flexibility, mobility, and strength. Joshua enjoys teaching because he can see the growth he experienced during his own journey manifest in others seeking a better connection to their body and mind. Students can expect a structured, fun, and very challenging practice with a curated playlist to maintain a meditative vibe. When Joshua is not teaching he enjoys talking about the latest entertainment trends and working on his garden. Joshua’s vibe: Disciplined, Engaged, Encouraging.

    Meghan found yoga in her 20’s. As an avid meditator and physically active young woman, the combination of mental focus and intense physical movement was a magic combination. It was everything she wanted in one class! Meghan’s goal in teaching is to provide a calm, focused, alignment based class which calms the nervous system through the balance of extreme exertion and deep relaxation. Students can expect to be challenged by the heat and the series while also being encouraged to listen to and honor their bodies, resting when needed. Every day is different and we practice yoga to know ourselves better, and some days that means less is more. Meghan loves to travel, cook, spend time with her family and friends.     After a series of sports injuries, Marena turned to yoga for healing and discovered its restorative power. She later found Barre and fell in love with its precision, musicality, and joy. As a teacher, Marena creates a supportive space where challenge meets fun. Her classes blend structure and creativity with upbeat energy, curated playlists, and plenty of smiles. She hopes students leave feeling strong, connected, and uplifted. Outside the studio, Marena enjoys traveling, photography, hiking, and working with gemstones.     Tori’s yoga journey began over a decade ago and quickly became life-changing. Through her regular practice, she healed and deepened the connection between her mind and body.  She fell in love with how yoga made her feel physically, mentally, and emotionally. What started as a practice became a lifestyle, one she continues to embrace for the health, joy, and balance it brings. As a teacher, Tori aims to guide students into a moving meditation, helping them cultivate presence and flow on the mat. Her classes offer consistency, thoughtfully balanced sequences, a fun and welcoming vibe, and just the right amount of challenge. Tori enjoys skiing, paddle boarding, and hanging with her spouse and two kids in her free time. Tori’s vibe: Focused, Mindful, Energizing.

    Charity’s yoga journey began 17 years ago and has been a transformative experience ever since. She started with traditional hatha and got hooked on the discipline and progression of the practice. Connecting her mind, body, and spirit through breathwork has been her anchor. Charity is passionate about guiding others on their paths to self-love, self-care, and spiritual growth. She wants her students to leave her class feeling lighter, happier, stronger and of course a little sore. Students can expect to feel good and move and groove to some good tunes.     Meg fell in love with yoga in 2009 as an undergraduate student. She loved the physicality of it but also the balance it brought to her crazy life. She got hooked at the therapeutic effect it had on her as a human. Meg is inspired to teach as a former coach (girls and women's lacrosse) and wants to bring that same energy to those who are ready to learn. She hopes students in her class feel empowered to challenge their physical self and that they find joy with others through group fitness. Students should expect a lot of 80's tunes, positive encouragement, and a physical challenge, no matter what stage they are in. In her free time, Meg loves to read, cook, and travel with her partner and pup. Meg’s vibe in three words: Energetic, Connected, Uninhibited.

Her biggest joy is when students say they learned something new. In her classes, expect mindful cues, breath-led movement, flowy transitions, and the freedom to explore your body’s needs. Today, Camille works at the front desk, cherishing her role in the Be Yoga community along with the opportunity to connect with others along their journey of self-discovery.

    Becca walked into her first yoga class at Be Yoga in May 2024, searching for connection and ultimately finding something that felt like home. What began as a way to navigate a difficult season quickly became a path of healing, purpose, and self-discovery. She fell in love with the practice and completed her Hatha teacher training just a few months later. She now works at the front desk and is grateful to be surrounded by the community that has changed her life. Yoga has become her compass, guiding her with clarity, calm, and deep love.

    Samirah fell in love with yoga after her very first class—the way it made her feel, both mentally and physically, was something she hadn’t experienced before. The benefits were immediate, and the sense of calm and connection kept her coming back. What truly sealed it for me, though, was the community. From day one, she felt welcomed and supported, and she’s so grateful to now be part of that experience for others. Yoga has truly changed her life, and because of that, she feels inspired to welcome everyone to Be Yoga with the same kindness and support that she received. Samirah wants others to feel just as seen, safe, and connected as she did from the start. Outside of yoga, she loves spending time with friends and family, discovering new coffee shops, and hanging out with her dog. Samirah is always traveling whenever she gets the chance—it’s one of her favorite ways to recharge and find inspiration. Whether it’s a quick getaway or a new city, Samirah loves exploring and soaking in new experiences.
