• Be Flow

    Our signature Vinyasa class is a fun, full-body flow that builds strength, balance, and flexibility by linking breath with movement. Expect energizing poses like plank, downward dog, and warrior stances—all in a warm 90–95°F room to help you sweat, stretch, and glow.

    Be Grounded

    The original hatha! This beginner-friendly series is great for all levels—yet still a challenging class for the seasoned yogi. Guided step-by-step with verbal cues, it works every inch of your body. Heated between 100 and 105 degrees F.

  • Be Still

    This all-levels class is your time to relax and recharge. Our version of yin yoga uses long-held, prop supported poses (2–10 minutes) to deeply restore body and mind. This class may use blocks, bolsters, and straps. It’s the ultimate self care experience. No heat added.

  • Be Balanced

    This class is the perfect blend of our Flow and Grounded classes for a fun, challenging practice. You’ll revisit familiar poses, try new ones, and work your whole body while calming your mind. Great for all levels! Heated anywhere from 95 - 100 degrees F.


  • Be Sculpt

    Get ready to sweat, sculpt, and flow! This high-energy class blends yoga, Pilates, strength training, core work, HIIT, and Tabata for the ultimate full-body workout. This class may feature heavier weights than our Be Strong class. Expect dynamic movement, powerful intervals, and mindful breath to boost endurance, build strength, and fire up your core. Perfect for anyone craving intensity with a mindful twist. 80 - 85 degrees. Some classes may be taught to the beat, while others are not.

  • Be Strong

    This class is a full body workout that combines pilates, yoga, and ballet-inspired moves. This challenging workout may feature the ballet barre as well as other equipment such as weights, bands, balls, sliders and blocks. The goal is to fatigue each muscle group, improve endurance and cardiovascular health. Be prepared to sweat! 80 - 85 degrees F.

    Break all the rules and move like nobody’s watching! This wild, heart-pumping yoga class fuses dance, breath, and empowerment into a liberating experience that’s anything but typical. Expect big energy, bold moves, and maybe even a live DJ to set the vibe. It’s sweaty, soulful, and all about freedom. Come to let go, light up, and leave stronger.
