Federal Way's New Home for Heated Yoga, Strength & Pilates

We're bringing the Be Yoga experience to Federal Way.

Our newest studio will feature heated and non heated yoga, Pilates, strength-based classes, restorative offerings, and an inclusive community designed to help you move, sweat, recover, and feel your best.

Whether you're brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years, you'll find challenging classes, welcoming instructors, and a space where everyone belongs.

Be Yoga Federal Way is located at 125 S 348th St, Suite 103, just off I-5 and Highway 18, making it easy to get to whether you're commuting from Federal Way, Auburn, Milton, Fife, Des Moines, or Northeast Tacoma. The area is a major retail and commercial hub anchored by Costco, Home Depot, Walmart, and LA Fitness, with dozens of shops, restaurants, coffee spots, and everyday conveniences nearby.

You'll find us in the same shopping center as Cutters Point Coffee and Ideal Dental, and just minutes from the new Trouvé Apartments, making it easy to fit a yoga or Pilates class into your daily routine.
